I have been going to Fit Body since they opened at their old location around the corner. This place is absolutely amazing! Coaches truly do care about how you are progressing and know each and every member. I would absolutely recommend to anyone trying to get back into shape or improving on what you have already started. Coach James and Liz are the owners and are husband and wife, amazing people!

I have a treadmill and ride my road bike and they’ve done nothing to make me wanna keep on keepin on….I notice if I listen to music I walk farther and faster but nothing works for me like this place. Other gyms I’ve joined were boring and everyone was 23 years old 🫤 I love the 55+ idea of FitBody Forever! There is no feeling of competition, everyone is just happy and having fun….it’s very different. Highly recommend if ya just don’t wanna work out! 🏋️‍♂️ This place will change how you feel about feeling better and enjoying yourself in the process!

I honestly enjoy this gym. The coaches are super amazing, helpful and keep you on task. They make sessions fun and exciting and they are always pushing to do more and do better. Love em. 100% recommending to friends and family.

The staff at RC Fit Body Boot Camp have become like family to me. From the front desk to the trainers, they all go above and beyond to ensure that I'm comfortable and have the best experience possible. The trainers and staff are always eager to help and they provide a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that makes it easier to reach my goals. The staff have created a sense of community that makes it a pleasure to come to the gym each day.
